FAQ's

We usually ship within 5-7 business days. Our standard shipping includes getting all the elements of your order together and packing them. Orders are then handed off to our shipping partner USPS, where you will then receive all tracking information on your order.

Currently we only offer 8 oz containers of our Classic ChamoyNito.

However, we are working on making different sizes and more flavors soon! 

 Return/Refund Policy

Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Chamoynito.com does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect item(s) were shipped by Chamoynito.com. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.
